The Charcoal Barbeque Grill
Has been around for long long time. I can remember my Dad cooking steaks on a Portable Hibachi BBQ Grill for many years, And those steaks were Great. But Times change and convenience won over taste.
Don't get me wrong steaks from a gas grill are tasty too but for me they just didn't have the same BBQ flavor as those old charcoal cooked steaks did.
So it makes me very happy to say that one of the finest Outdoor Charcoal Grills ever made is back,
The Portable Kitchen Charcoal Grill and Smoker is back in production. Made right here in the USA and thats important these days.
A Steak Cooked Over Charcoal Tastes Better Than One Cooked Over Gas.

Charcoal BBQ Grills
Being a baby boomer myself all I can remember growing up was watching my dad light the old charcoal grill. Patiently waiting for those coals to turn that familiar gray color before cooking. Then in came the gas grill, ours being natural gas and hooked right to the house. Faster.....but not perfect! Then came the propane tank barbeque grill and that was even more convenient, tastier food no; but much more quickly than that old charcoal bbq grill.
Well, now that I am and avid griller myself I find that if I had to decide on flavor over convenience I would pick charcoal bbq grilling over the gas types every time. Flavor to me is much more important then convenience of cooking time.
Since my window of time to enjoy charcoal bbq grilling is short here in the northern Midwest I really enjoy the leisurely time it takes to light up my charcoal grill. This time is perfect to let your choice of meat to rest and warm up to room temperature because you never want to put a cold piece of meat directly on the grill.
You just can't beat the flavor that a charcoal bbq grill adds to whatever meat you chose to cook.
