Brian told me about these ribs one night and I have been making this way ever since.

Trim, remove silver skin off of the back side.
Cut into 4 or 5 rib pieces.

I like to a big tupper ware bowl with a lid for this next part.

Now we rub our favorite spices, I like to use chipotle, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt   and black pepper.

Now put all your rubbed ribs in the big tupper ware bowl and cover them with cola ( I like to use Pepsi ).

Let them sit over night in the fridge.

Start your charcoal.

Now we wrap 2 or 3 pieces in aluminum foil repeat till all ribs are wraped. You don't want to put your ribs over  Direct heat. Move all the charcoal to one side and stack the ribs on the other side. Close the lid. Drink and party for 3 hours. Remove the ribs from the foil and baste with your favorite BBQ sauce. ( Be Careful There going to be fall off the bone tender ). Enjoy.
