This is a great snack to have with your beer while your waiting for the BBQ to cook. The Garlic in these is just so good!!. ( I always add a little extra ) Watch The Video.

Submit Your Favorite BBQ Recipe
Worlds Best Steak Marinade ( Because I Said So )

3 tbsp. Vegetable oil
3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Garlic Powder ( I like to add a little more but thats just me. )
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
And a Dash of Hot Sauce ( I like to use Red Hot )

Mix all ingredients and marinade, Over night is best.

cup tomato sauce
cups catsup
cup vinegar
cup butter or margarine
cup water
teaspoon liquid smoke
cup maple or corn syrup
teaspoons hot sauce
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon onion powder
table spoon sugar
cup steak sauce
tablespoons seasoned salt
cup cola
cup soy sauce
teaspoon red pepper ( optional )

Big Mama Barbeque Sauce
In a soup pot combine all ingredients, Mix well, Bring to a boil, Stirring constantly to avoid scorching, Reduce heat, Simmer 1 hour, Makes 2 quarts.
